The consultation is a personalized session designed to understand your travel needs, goals, and preferences for your next adventure with Away We Go Again Vacation. The information gathered will be used to develop a custom travel plan tailored to your request, whether you're looking to cruise the seas or discover near while exploring far, all part of our travel design and vacation planning services.

A non-refundable consultation fee of $50 is required before we finalize your session with Away We Go Again Vacation. This fee will be applied toward your final booking fee, which varies from $100-$300 based on the complexity of your cruise, the destination, and the travel design services provided as part of your vacation planning.

After your consultation, you will receive: A customized travel proposal from Away We Go Again Vacation, tailored to your interests and timeline. This will include a clear overview of next steps for your vacation planning, as well as an estimated booking cost for your Cruise, helping you Discover Near Explore Far with our expert Travel Design.

Consultation fees for your Away We Go Again Vacation are due prior to scheduling. Booking fees and travel costs related to your travel design and cruise experiences are due according to the payment timeline shared in your proposal. All payments are processed securely through PayPal Business, allowing you to focus on discovering near and exploring far during your vacation planning.

During the vacation planning process for your 'Away We Go Again Vacation,' email and phone communication will be the primary contact methods. We will provide regular updates and respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days as you prepare to 'Discover Near Explore Far' on your upcoming cruise with our tailored travel design.

Consultation fees for your travel design are non-refundable. Booking fees or travel payments related to your Away We Go Again Vacation, including those for cruises, may be subject to the refund policies of travel suppliers, airlines, and accommodations. These terms will be outlined in your proposal as you embark on your journey to discover near and explore far.

By completing the Design Your Trip form and submitting payment for your Away We Go Again Vacation, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Consultation Agreement, which will help you with your travel design, whether you're planning a cruise or looking to discover near and explore far.
