Welcome to Away We Go Again Vacation (“AWGAV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of awaywegoagainvacation.com (the “Site”), our travel planning and coordination services (“Travel Services”), and our online shop (“Shop”). By accessing the Site, requesting Travel Services, or placing an order in the Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Away We Go Again Vacation is a travel coordination business that plans, arranges, and books personalized travel experiences for individuals, couples, families, groups, caregivers, and relocation seekers. We also operate an online Shop selling merchandise, including handbags, purses, and other accessories, with our product offerings expanding over time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to book Travel Services, place a Shop order, or otherwise enter into these Terms. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
AWGAV acts as a travel coordinator/advisor that helps you plan, arrange, and book travel with independent third-party suppliers — including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and travel insurance providers (“Suppliers”). Suppliers are independent contractors and are not our employees, agents, or partners. We select Suppliers based on reputation and availability, but we do not own, operate, manage, or control them.
Trip quotes are based on pricing and availability provided by Suppliers at the time of the quote and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Deposits and final payments are due according to the schedule provided for your specific trip. Failure to pay by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of amounts paid, per Supplier policy.
Cancellation and change policies (including any penalties, fees, or non-refundable amounts) are set primarily by the Suppliers for your trip and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Any AWGAV planning or service fees are separate from Supplier costs and are non-refundable once planning work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for Supplier cancellations, schedule changes, or refusal to issue refunds.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you and your traveling companions have valid passports, visas, health/vaccination documentation, and any other documents required for your trip, and for verifying entry, health, and safety requirements for your destination(s). We may provide general guidance as a courtesy, but we are not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. If you decline to purchase travel insurance, you assume all risk of loss for such events.
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, illness, injury, weather events, political unrest, natural disasters, Supplier insolvency, and other circumstances beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWGAV is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, negligence, or insolvency of any Supplier or third party, or by events of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or civil unrest). Our liability, if any, for errors in the planning process is limited to the amount of fees you paid directly to AWGAV for the applicable Travel Services.
The Shop offers merchandise such as handbags, purses, and accessories, with inventory expanding over time. We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display products, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or colors are entirely accurate, and availability may change without notice.
Orders placed through the Shop are processed via WooCommerce and paid for through our payment processor(s) (currently PayPal, with additional processors, such as Stripe, possibly added in the future). By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, in which case you will be refunded any amount already charged.
We aim to ship orders promptly, but shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to Shop items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Shipping costs, if any, will be disclosed at checkout.
Our full return window and conditions are being finalized and will be published here. In the meantime, please contact us at info@awaywegoagainvacation.com to arrange a return or exchange and we will take care of you. Sale items and any other items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable law.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to AWGAV and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation; upload viruses or malicious code; scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission; or impersonate any person or entity.
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to us, you grant AWGAV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing and the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third party’s rights.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Supplier booking pages. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site and all Travel Services and Shop products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWGAV and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, Travel Services, or Shop, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to AWGAV directly for the specific Travel Service or Shop order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AWGAV, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, Travel Services, or Shop purchases will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Site, Travel Services, or Shop after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
